Wallace's background combines a thirteen-year career in banking with extensive management consulting experience since 2015. This dual foundation enables him to partner effectively with corporates that are starting or expanding operations across different industries and markets throughout Africa.
Beyond advisory work, Wallace has pivoted his consulting skills to taking private equity positions in ventures across renewable energy, financial services, agriculture and agro-processing, and manufacturing — providing both capital and active strategic leadership.
In the renewable energy sector, he is actively managing the development of three 100MW projects in Mozambique — overseeing all technical consultants, developers, funders, off-takers, regulators, and EPC companies. He serves as a director on several boards of renewable energy businesses across South Africa, Zambia, and Mozambique.
